Some douche-bag steal my Turismo R and glue it on the board near the airport, not sure how to get it down?

This reminds me of the time I was first place in a multi-lap race of Taxiing in IV MP. I made the final turn too fast and ended up get my rear tires stuck at the top of these stupid fence-like structures:

 

 

I lost the race of course, and every other player felt that need to honk at me as they safely made that final turn.

Personally I'd suggest dousing it with gasoline, blowing it up, deleting your SC account and playing a game more of your style like NFS Rivals or CoD, but you seem nice anyway.

You need to pick up the red issi with a cargo bob (or fly up to it with a jet pack). When you take the issi to the LSC near sandy shores there will be an option to trade it for a Karin Snipe. You can then use the Snipe to dislodge your vehicle from the ramp by ramming it from behind. Once this is complete the Snipe will unfortunately revert back to an Issi when you start a new session.

Note: to access the LSC you will either need to to fly your cargo bob in with the issi still attached or if using the jet pack, strap the jet back to allow you to fly the issi into the LSC (the jet pack only allows motor bikes or compacts to fly, anything else is too heavy). If the issi touches the ground before reaching the LSC you will not have the option to trade for a snipe.
