Dunce in a regular lobby?

Has anyone run into people wearing the dunce cap in regular free mode? I just got shot up by two of them riding in a chrome Sultan. I retaliated and blew up their impounded sultan. It was worth it to hear trolls getting mad.

 

Nobody else was wearing the dunce cap, so what gives? Did they find a way to sneak back into Good Sport free mode?

You should have left that sultan in the compound instead of blowing it up. Much more of a pain in the arse getting it out of there than calling Mors Mutual.

 

Ive hear if you get bad spot you are immediately given the cap but not put into the bad sport lobby until you join a new session. Not sure if true

A better way to get back at them is to shoot up the impounded car just enough to catch it on fire so they end blowing it up trying to drive it away, and you get out of the BS warning and paying insurance.

I may be wrong, but can't bad sport players, after they serve their time and become good sports, be able to wear the dunce hat in normal lobbies? It carries over after time served or somewhere along those lines.

I can never shoot it without blowing it up, how do you do it? It always happens randomly. I couldn't stand the sight of that filth I just had to obliterate it.

I'm one of them. No, it glitches you out of the badsport lobby, and the second you find a new session, it puts you back in. Except the time gets longer, and eventually stops.

I'm stuck for a month, and its stayed a month for two weeks.
