do we all need the heist room

So when ever heist come out will we all need the apartment with the office. I ask this because im thinking about moving to the apartment with the docks because hell since I got all those boats and it will be so close why not. So whats your opinion on this?

If the printer thing is true (probably because of 2 reasons, we've had that guy sitting at our computer for a while now, multiple people found the coding for the printer) then I would say so.

What I'm wondering is why I never see any rental income from the deadbeat computer programmer living in my "heist" room.

By the way, that NPC is the heist developer. Rockstar decided to outsource new content development to NPC AI. He's way behind schedule. Rockstar is still wondering why he has not produced any heists yet.

I wouldn't move anywhere right now. In addition to Heists, there's also a rumor floating around about additional properties being added to GTAO. When? Not in my gaming lifetime, but that's still something to consider, especially if cash is tight.
