How do I use this Business Plate?

I noticed this 'BUSINESS' plate whilst on ifruit today. Was wondering if anyone knows how to use it when I already have my standard private plate? I can't seem to choose between them...

Is there a way we can use the iFruit on a PC to customize number plates? MY Android supposedly is not supported by the version R* released so my next alternative would be on PC and I do know about Bluestacks but that is also a nightmare to get running on a PC.

 

Any proper sure way of running the iFruit on a PC?

I saw this earlier but a bit worried about hacking and all that.

 

All I want to do is change my number plates and do not want to risk getting myself banned.

 

Basically just want to be able to access the normal iFruit app on my pc.

Just set it, Go to LSC select the plate and there you go. Otherwise it must be just default on everyones app. The winner might be able to access it I guess.

That shade of your car is a bit different if you compare it to the car in the picture. Man wish I could get that purple/pink tone...
