GTA has the worst community out of any game

Being ran over by a car with a player in passive mode (that cant be shot), and being unable to blow up that player's car (without being labeled as bad sport) is retarded.

 

Now you can see why passive mode doesnt work while in cars.

There was no real reason to kill anyone in IV but V has stats, gun camos, bounties, etc.

 

If you really want to get by and have good fun in free-roam you're better off joining a decent crew.

Maybe because very few people play GTA IV Multiplayer?

 

I much prefer IV over GTAO simply because I'm not punished for having fun, but most days I attempt to play it I find myself switching from lobby to lobby, hoping for more than two players.

You just need to be aware of your surrounding all the time, it's not that hard. If you see a white dot closing on you, hit passive mode, hop on something and wait until he's gone.

 

If he doesn't go away :

1-Flash him the bird so I gets really pissed off.

2-He's probably going to get out of his car trying to shoot you because he's stupid. Then, get down, jerk on him multiple times.

3-He's gonna be pissed so he'll go back in his car and try to run you over. At this moment, since most people set their PV access to passengers, get inside his car.

4-He's then going to try to outsmart you by getting out of his car and shoot you (since your in a car, you can die). So as soon as he gets out, you get out of his car.

5-He's gonna waste some more munitions on you.

6-Repeat step 3 to 5 if necessary.

 

Believe me, after a couple of minutes of those shenanigans, he'll leave you alone.

I wish GTA 5 had an online mode like GTA 4s along with the one it has now. I miss the old days of just stealing random cars and collecting a bunch of weapons, not having to deal with cops, and possibly turning off friendly fire too. But nahh, Rockstar decided they wanted us to use money for everything just so they can sell cash cards, which very few people even buy.

I've played some of the COD games, the GTA community is a far cry from the worst community out of every game. On GTAO, I hardly ever hear, "It's a girl! Kill her!" or "A girl killed me, waaah, waaah." I do wish parents would ban their kids from GTAO, though. The few I have come across are irritating as hell, especially when they have mics. Like the ones that frequent COD games, they strongly lack discipline of any sort and just make me want to smack their parents for doing a crappy job of parenting.

Grand Theft Auto: Online has taken a dive from Grand Theft Auto IV's more...passive multiplayer. People in GTA IV enjoyed surviving police officers more than knocking off the closest person on the map. Rarely have I been in a server with more than two people that mindlessly kill. Too bad Online is reversed, since I rarely see two who will not kill on sight.

 

If you cannot stand the griefers, join them. It'll be easier than resisting their sh*tty attempts at irritating you.
