Tattoo overlaping?

How come online you cant overlap tattoos but you're able to in single player?

Cos It would look really bad online. To you it'd look ok but to other players, it would look like someone smeared sh*t all over your skin. For some reason, tattoos are only rendered to you only but not to other players which sucks :I

They can see them, but they're just blurry messes.

its not like you can show off your tattoos you know...

 

they look good to you but on my end, they are just a bunch of blurry marks on your skin.
