AFK players in their personal vehicles

If you see an afk player in an expensive personal vehicle, get a wanted level, go into their car so they also have a wanted level, get out of the car and kill them. This will send their car to the impound.

Now get a cargobob, pick up their vehicle and place it wherever you want.

They won't be able to request their vehicle as it would still count as being impounded.

I do this to people who do nothing in missions and just collect the reward right after we spawn back in free mode.

Edit:

It only takes 2 minutes to drive to a helipad and then fly to the impound, but if you can't be bothered you can just forget about picking their car up and just leave it in the impound. If you do feel like pissing them off you can pick up their car and leave it on a skyscraper, or if you have time leave it in fort zancudo or on one of the islands.

Some of you have said that you would just request another car and pay the fee, but if you pick the car up and hover close to the ground near the player, he will not be able to request a new car as he would be 'already near to his personal vehicle'

If he tries to get away you would just follow him with your cargobob and his vehicle. Now all he could do is just leave the session or drive to his garage, if he is smart enough to think of that.

Well it's not as if you can abuse this like the tank, it's for that rare moment when that guy who did nothing in the mission but blow up the documents is not paying attention when he spawns in his entity back in free mode.

Am I the only one who finds this funny and fairly creative? Good job, OP. GTA needs more trolling like this instead of sh*t like glitching inside a building and shooting people.

Strange Town

The person can get a helicopter to retrieve the car, pay the fee, or go out with another vehicle in their garage so the one impounded gets destroyed and they can claim another one.

I only support what you're doing because why you're doing it. These AFC people are annoying gold diggers

Well if they have an adder, they will have to spend 12500 of however much they received from the mission, so what they received would have been useless

Or you can get a cargobob and take a amoured truck to the top of maze bank and watch people come after you

Nice trolling OP.

Can't beat a bit of creativity.

I sometimes sticky AFK's and give them a little surprise when they come back, but your method has a bit more class about it.

Not sure if I want to commend you for your creativity, or condemn you for being a dick. Lol

What an elaborate plan. Stealing a players car, wanted levels, acquiring a cargobob, picking up car without crashing or getting shot down etc. Ever pulled it off, really?

Only twice, i rarely have the oppurtunity and then picking the car up is difficult but i always pull it off even though there is damage to the cargobob.

I (and I tell my wife to do the same) ALWAYS go into passive mode, I hide my car and then run a few blocks away from it and get to a place where a tank/fire truck/any vehicle can "get at me", if I'm going to be AFK for a little while

I also noticed you can push AFK players with your character.... so I always make sure I proof myself from that too.

I OWN a-holes like you (OP)

Well of course if you're in passive mode and afk you should never go into a car as you can be shot, this method is for AFK players in their personal vehicles.

Misanthrope Z

reminds me of back when i had billions of counterfeit monopoly money, some guy kept following me around shooting like i just kicked his dog or some sh*t

so later i caught him paused and away from his controller, blew his car up (didnt have to pay since he forgot to insure it somehow), made one that looked exactly like it, insured it, placed a sticky bomb where he wouldn't spot it then parked it right infront of him. after 5 minutes of him driving it, he starts darting toward me, so i kicked him out of the car, watched it come to a complete halt and blew that one up too.

while he's pissed off about not being able to get his car back, i whip out my replica and run him over with it

now he can't get it back AND he thinks i stole it

I had someone go AFK almost as soon as we started the mission last night, my car was in the garage so I borrowed his Croquette to get the helo to get to the Turbines where the enemies were quickly (we were down-town). I went back to pick him up, but he is still AFK after about 30 seconds so I left and started doing the mission myself. I died attacking the enemies, re-spawned and then unfortunately I didn't notice one of the enemies (the last one) and he killed me so it was down to AFK guy to just kill him and grab the van/deliver it. I went AFK for 5 minutes as I couldn't do anything except watch. He must have just quit, because I ended up starting a parachuting job (just as I came back). If I had completed the mission and the guy was still there, it would have been nice to reward him for not doing anything to earn the $/RP - such as you suggest, getting their nice car impounded then putting it somewhere 'interesting' for him to retrieve it - that would have been quite a good 'penalty' for this free-loader :0)

...remind me to NEVER f*ck with you or OP. Do not want

Also if I'm ever gonna go AFK I just find a new session and spawn back in my apt. Easy

Good one O.p easy fix is to leave session and come back. Enjoy carrying a car for no reason.

You're going to be pissed if their car is locked.

Wouldn't the car be destroyed if they do that?

you fail man.

you go trough a lot of effort just to cause a minor inconvience

cuz the "victim" can just call for another car and pay insurance, putting your whole nefarious scheme on the same level as a random idiot blowing up your PV

which in this game happens about 46 times an hour.

so all you really did was waste your own time XD
