Dangerous Buisness Pack

Does anyone feel like the "Business Update" is actually the small update before a Dangerous Business Pack?

 

R* Announced talking about the Dangerous Business Pack, and later they released the Business UPDATE. I feel like this is just a small step before they release it. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe not, but does anyone feel like this may be true?

I got a message from Rockstar some hours ago from a guy named Brian B. He told me "We are looking into the matter and thanks for contacting Rockstar and blah blah blah" Never knew you were a woman Tritium oh sorry should I say Amanda?
