This. Even if you don't do missions/races, you can't rob one store? Find an armored truck? Kill NPC's for their 16-32 dollars?

It happened to me once...

 

I had let my brother in law play while he was visiting for the holidays and he getting difference cars off the street and modding them and then blowing them up he didn't really know how the whole money thing worked and he spent all my money except like $60 i get on a couple days later it tells me i can't pay my bills.

 

It was i think a full GTA week before i got my services back.

 

Not having johnny on the spot was a pain in the neck at times especially when you were in the middle of no where with no car

Since the billionaires are gone, I'm back to looting dead NPCs for their pocket change as well. It's pathetic. I feel like some kind of an elf gathering up shiny little stones in the forest, to save up to buy a hut after 2000 hours of gathering. GTA0 has succeeded in becoming a gold-framing MMORPG without even trying.
