Why is it that the hosts of races never start the race even though it is clear no one else is going to join? I waste 5ish minutes just trying to race cuz the hosts never start. We should be able to override the ability of the host to start races if they're taking too long.

Well R* definitely downgraded in A LOT, and I mean A LOT, of things from GTA IV online. What you're talking about is one of VERY MANY things.

 

Even on GTA IV when we could kick the host with enough votes, we sat around forever... so what does R* do? They get rid of the ability to kick the host....

I know man. I'm usually waiting 5 minutes to race a race thag take 2-3 minutes which is ridiculous...
