Tool that will help generate .oiv files to use with OpenIV Package Installer for easy setup of cars, boats, helicopters, etc.

 

 

 

Is possible automate the edition of lines in handling.dat, vehicles.ide and carcols.dat, so, it will work with great part of vehicle mods.

 

The new handling/vehicle/carcols lines need to be complete and with the right model name, for example, if you choose to replace Admiral you need to make sure that the handling.dat line starts with admiral, i say this because i saw some readme.txt that come with no car model name in the handling/vehicles/carcols line
