Weird Glitch Occurred - Has This Happened To You?

I just loaded up GTA: Online and it told me that I was missing Content Packs, I found this strange as I have downloaded each pack on day one but I continued to re-dowload the packs anyway. As I got into a GTA Online session my character had some weird "love" shirt glitched over his suit shirt and tie and my Suit jacket was gone (See pic below). Additionally all of my clothing that I had purchased from the Valentines Day Pack is missing but I still have my Gussenburg and Roosevelt.

 

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Same thing happened to me but instead it was of Bigfoot.

I was able to put my regular suit back on but all of my Valentines Special clothing is permanently gone.
