Could you elaborate a little?

Your crew logo only "shows up" when you purchase it eg. on a car. You must also be above a certain crew rank to use this feature.

i have a "crew shirt" on but i don't see a logo on it and i don't know if anyone else can see it because they just shoot me in the face before i have time to ask....

Crew shirt is just your crew color until you put an emblem on it, when wearing a shirt you can put it on the option to apply an emblem appears in the list of tops at the store
