Admins list?

ok since the Moderators can't seem to answer my question and just keep removing my threads, where is the Administrators list? all i can seem to find is the Moderators list. or is this thread going to get removed as well never giving me an answer?

Why would you want to know who the admins are?
You could send a message to a moderator and ask him. Much easier than making a topic, don't you think?

While I also dislike some mods and their "guidelines", they keep the forum clean of stuff people worst than you post. If there was no one to monitor this place, it would be filled with random crap, porn, shocking images and stuff you generally don't want to see on a GTA gaming forum. Don't have to be a dick about it, man.

ok so if i was to message all the mods asking as to why they chose what threads stay and which get removed how would they not see that as spamming? also i would just ask the mod/mods who keep closing my threads, but i get no notifcation as to when it gets removed and who did it. so i have no ideas who to ask then. a forum with mods only and no admins? that's not right IMO. there needs to be someone overseeing them.

 

i know it seems pointless to even be posting these questions, but i have other questions as well, but i need to know their response. so how can i do that without them even replying or being able to reply to their response? i guess i could just ask away with a boat load of questions, but how am i to ask a question about something when i don't know what their answer might be?

You're over-thinking it. Just make a thread in the posted link (GTA Network Support) asking what you've asked here.

Or look for any locked topics, the last post is usually a mod saying they've locked said topic.

Found it at bottom of main page as Moderator Team.
Should have all mods, those who manage families, and probably an admin in there.
An admin isn't always a mother-type of member that manages the whole team. Sometimes, an admin can just be someone that comes in to fix coding issues or add things in.

yes i could and will, but the question at hand is directed towards them, so why can't they just give an answer instead of just removing my thread? heck they could even lock it. then atleast i could see who to ask then, but no it gets removed so i'm left wondering with no answer at all.

 

all i want to know is why some pointless troll threads with people throwing pointless arguments and name calling gets to stay open, but some threads with good valid points to them with the same kind of pointless arguments and name calling gets locked or removed?

 

what's so hard for a mod to reply to? and plus i think some of the forum members might want to know or ask questions someone else hasn't thought of.

message sent. now i never did see anyone with an Admin title, just mods but a lot of people in the list didn't even have a mod title, just showing them as a member or what ever the family stuff is. which to me would be another point to question.

i know if i want to find a mod then all i have to do is look for a locked thread or even easier would be to just look at the ones listed on the bottom of the forum page, but since there was none online at the time of my original thread and would also like to hear the input from more than just one mods point of view and maybe another member might have a question to ask as well that others might not of thought of. i just openly posted the question hoping more than one mod might give an answer when they saw it. no instead it got removed so i had no idea who did it. so i asked again in a second thread and it got removed with no kind of answer either. like i said before if they were to just lock it then i could see who to ask, but this is not about my thread being removed. it's about why some known pointless troll threads get to stay while others with valid points get locked/removed. even when both types will have pointless arguments, flaming and name calling.

Just PM a mod.

They've always been pretty helpful when i've PM'd them with questions. Easier than starting a thread as it'll just turn in to a load of abuse directed at the mods

i see your point duchess, but i think if the mods are going to be talked about or questioned then why not have it in the open where everyone can see it and respond if they want to ask or know something. i see the mods as being the the upholders of the forum community and we as the members of this forum should have the right to openly discuss and question what they do.

it could just be me, but i see this as our forums not just theirs. i mean if it wasn't for us members then what would be the point of this forum?

exactly, that's why i see it as our forums and we (the members) should have some kind of voice in things. like i said they're just the upholders of the community, we all are the community.

I just made a thread about this and its like they lock everything anymore they locked mine about roleplay ideas that i thought would've been cool because im looking for more unique things to do online and they locked it for no reason.

And if you do have a problem with any mods or forum issues, a quick PM is usually the better way to go. Well, in my opinion anyway. They've always been pretty helpful to me when i've had to PM them

In the meanwhile, stop making threads you know are against the wishes of the moderation team (hint: if a thread is deleted, it was deleted on purpose)
