My gta 5 keeps starting on a small screen in the middle of my tv instead of going full screen, anybody know how to fix this?

Other games start normally, this is on ps3

 

Just need to find the in game option that let's me set screen size

Once you start the game go to options, Screen Resolution, And set your screen resolution.

safe zones just go to the max of the little screen

Tv was running 720p on a different screen size, weird as hell since I've had the same setup since the game started...I blame the hackers lol

Uhm do you have a seprate computer monitor or say another tv in your home? Connect your xbox to that and test it.
