The car dup one, which was patched in the latest release. Basically I suppose that the duplication worked cuz of the need of loading the animation so if you tapped the request personal car option it brought you the impounded car. It's an oldi glitch, you should be able to find it on the net, but as I said it was patched.

I'm pretty happy they got rid of them, I always had to make sure that I wasn't near a bridge when requesting a vehicle as he would spawn on the bridge and drive the car away from me.

None of them are Johnny, they just wear his uniform. The mechanic we so loved was a unique character model and we will not be seeing his lovely face again.

I remember him hitting a ped then being like "Scratch was already there right" then as he walks away from my car the ped gets up and attacks him and they end up in a ridiculous fistfight in the middle of a sprawling intersection.
