Ashes2AshesNN
I don't really expect this topic to last long, but I wanted to know if anyone finds this stupid as well. In the last two GTA games (GTA IV & GTA V), in every safehouse you own, there is always a door or two that you can't enter, which is stupid because you practically own the the crib. Here are the doors (I don't know how to post pics with a phone, BB 9320) Micheal- Has a room opposite Tracy's room that you can't enter. Trevor- Has a room next to his porch, that you can't enter. Franklin- Has two doors downstairs near his room, that are unenterable, however, one of ehm has a green thingie blocking it. Even GTA IV, Niko had a room in that Penthouse Roman won, that you couldn't enter... These safehouses feel less homely when you realize you can't enter these rooms imo, but it ain't Gamebreaking Anyone else? theGTAking101
Harwood Butch3r
This isn't specific to just GTA IV and GTA V. You couldn't enter every single room of every safehouse in SA either. I don't see any issue really. The important rooms are always enterable anyway IMO. ten-a-penny
Osho
Well, you are correct, at least it does "feel" that such kind of restrictions should not be there. This time though they deliver it much improved than earlier one's. I genuinely find it not much to complain, but yes, they should extend the interiors without any restrictions to fully realize that we own it. Mightymomo22
Also the Door in Amanda & Michaels Bedroom. might be a Bathroom . 5.7
5.7
In Michael house I think them two doors you can't enter are just a the on suite for Michael and Amanda and the other a bath/spa/shower room for Tracey and Jimmy. Franklin's I'm assuming similar (the Vinewood house) and Trevor's I can't think of what it might be at the trailer.

Jimbatron
In GTA IV it made more sense, because you didn't own the on your own - for example in the Penthouse, I've assumed the other door is to Roman's room. It doesn't make a lot of sense in Michael's house, however, I wouldn't say it has a serious impact on the game.
RatchetAZ
It is kinda annoying but not overly concerned about it, it would be nice to have the whole house open to the character to make it feel more like a home. But they can do only so much, I'd like to seen maybe a building that wasn't really ideal for a spot gone, and the space for that used to make the safe houses all open. Cutter De Blanc
Michael's house has some wacky ass architecture, there's a window on his carport for instance. I wouldn't be suprised if the door opened into a brick wall.
SoftTouch
probably a console limitation.... lol

Or maybe there is a ghost in that room... Harwood Butch3r and ten-a-penny
Distrom
Those rooms actually don't exist, those doors are just textures.
killahmatic
It doesn't bother me too much, unless its a door to outside that for some reason wont open. or a door on the inside that doesn't exist on the outside
Racecarlock
Well I'm pretty sure if those doors were unlocked, they'd just lead to a grey void before teleporting you to a random street somewhere.
Luddite
Maybe a reality-show is being made and that's the production/surveillance crew room. Trevor Phillips is next season's "Bachelor"

BlackNoise
This isn't specific to just GTA IV and GTA V. You couldn't enter every single room of every safehouse in SA either. I don't see any issue really. The important rooms are always enterable anyway IMO. It is specific to IV and V. In SA you couldn't open doors. This is weird IMO. I understand locked doors for unfinished interiors, but there are places like the op mentioned, where I expect the door to work. This only bothers me in convenience stores. I'll be having a shootout, and that backdoor would be so helpful, but I guess that means I would also be dealing with cops from that side as well.
