Do vehicles not spawn again in created deathmatches?

I made a deathmatch put buzzards at every spawn point in various locations and when I finally got people in and was able to test it out. But for some reason buzzards weren't respawning and it kept putting me at spots where the buzzard had already been taken. Is there a known bug with the spawn points? Is it completely random?

Thats really sh*tty. Is it possible to get it to spawn through all the points instead of randomly spawning? Maybe lower it to 10 kills

Unless they patch it, no. For now, it's if the vehicle is used, there's no respawn. I mean try a 60 minute deathmatch, who knows it could spawn! Lol
