Was watching some people on the TV in the apartment before. Not sure what happened but I found myself floating above where they were, behind the tattoo parlour in Vinewood. Seems I can only shoot a sniper rifle, can't shoot players but can shoot cops. Taking hits but never loosing any health.

 

On 5 stars currently sniping Helicopters, not sure what the lobby makes of this one lol

Is your apartment at the same altitude? Like could you float back to your place and look through your window into your own apartment?

So you were watching them on TV, when all of a Sudden your guy spawned above them?

 

Could they see and shoot you?

Don't know.

 

Some guys rolled underneath earlier, I shot at one, saw the blood on his windscreen but he never lost any health and survived 5-6 Heavy Sniper bullets.

 

Seems I can only shoot NPCs and Vehicles

It's a glitch when you are spectating and get a mission pop up you are fully invincible to anything and you can only get out of it by leaving

No one can see you and getting kills is a little glitchy some cops will take on lots of bullets and just bounce on them
