Creator bug: Unable to unselect sanchez

I have created two off-road races for Blazers (ATV's/4-wheelers).

 

While in the creator when I go to "available vehicles", both versions of the sanchez are deselected and only the blazer is selected, but live online the sanchez is available to select.

 

I have also created another off-road race with sanchez's and bifta's deselected from the vehicle list but they are both available.

 

I have tried selecting them re-publishing, then going back and deselecting and republishing but it seems to make no difference. It appears for now they are glitched and you cannot exclude these vehicles from the races if any other vehicle from their class is available.
