What happened to Staircase to Heaven?

I had this race in my bookmarks a few days ago and now it's not there? What happened to it? I can't find it anywhere on the social club or anywhere in-game anymore, whether I go to the map and try to find it or through the online menu. If anyone has it can you reupload it to the social club jobs list so I can redownload it? It was the funnest map in GTA and I miss it.

 

p.s. it's called Staircase to Heaven, not the Stairway version.
