Jc_39a
Can anyone reccomend me some running shoes for around £50. I would like them to be comfortable and the inside layer doesn't scratch the bottom of your feet after a long run, If you know what I mean. It shouldn't be over coloured and must be decent looking so don't bother reccomending a ugly shoe. If anyone have some Nike Rosherun tell me if they're good for running or not. It would be great if you done a short review about the shoes. Thanks! Der_Don
What is a long run for you? I bought some asics gel pulse shoes for about 30 € this week so can't really give a review yet, but I had similar ones before for about a year and was very happy with them. The new versions (Pulse 5 or 6) are too expensive (about 100 - 120 €) but the older versions (Pulse 3) aren't necessarily worse. It's hard to give advice because every pair of feet is different though (over- and underpronation and all these things). May be a running-test will help you find the right shoes. Running is awesome btw. I'm running 30-40 km a week and will be running my first marathon this year in September in Cologne. Really looking forward to it. Jc_39a
I will have a look at asics one,I was looking at them earlier but not sure if they were good or not. Do you think it would be a bad idea if I started running with my football shoes, they are for astro. Everything over 5 km should be run with running shoes.
