The idea of a custom plate seems cool at first, but then it's like "hey who the f*ck is gonna see it". Right up there with picking the perfect eye color for my character...

It's not even one per character, it's one per player, all characters have it. Really wish I could reset mine. I thought it was just for that character, michael, whose wife was a cheating sloor. I made it cwife4bj. My wife would hate the game even more if I was sporting that plate online.

OR you can download Charles Web Debugging and make infinite licence plates and get North Yankton plate as an option
EDIT: but of course you need an android or iOS phone too

You can use charles proxy to make any plate and change plates or use a save editor and sp to mp for different plates. Also R* support can reset your plate on the app to make a new plate

There's an app but it doesn't work at all, I doubt it will ever be fixed either unfortunately

Charles is great. I have different plates for my Roosevelt, Rebel, Hearse, Manana, Gauntlet, and Stanier.

Yeah you can just bypass the whole ifruit app nonsense if you use save editor and just import vehicles from sp to mp. You can have any plate you want and as many (different ones) as you want...

you can always use the save editor to give any non premium car any plate you like, the use the sp to mp glitch...

You're not alone bro, I know loads of people that choose not to have a phone! Most are from either usa or canada too, one of them is a pretty famous international Dj from Canada... He chooses not to for health reasons, and manages to hold down a very health career as a Dj/Producer with not one single tweet from the airport like every other "international Dj" lol!
