I heard if you rob stores and share the cash to people your timer is reduced? Is that true?

 

+ any other way of getting out faster because I'm pretty sure there was that commend thing but it's not there anymore

I tried that yesterday after I landed my new character in BS. It doesn't work, I robbed like 8 stores and shared the cash with people and no time was taken off. I did it on a whim because I read it on here one day. Bad Sport really needs to be adjusted so every lobby isnt empty.
