if you want the regular sentinel xs you just have to do any mission, right after the mission is done and you respawn back in the world, an npc know as "the guy of the black sentinel" would try to run over you, chase him and steal his car.

 

if you want the convertible sentinel thats another whole story, that one is kind rare online. for this one you can use the sp to mp glitch.
