So I ask... Kaber Posted March 19, 2014 Share Posted March 19, 2014 The trick is to keep the cops in cone mode as long as you can. Running them off radar only spawns more cops based on stars. Got three stars and outrun a heli? Get another heli. Keep them out of LoS and your star's beat will slow down as you make turns and keep them in cone mode. Then, *poof*, no stars upon thars. Exactly, you can't outrun them, they just spawn In front of you. You have to have slow speed chases, lol! The load screen days to change clothes but stores won't let you in so I'm not sure exactly where you are supposed to do it at. Kentucky Kurt Posted March 20, 2014 Share Posted March 20, 2014 Last night I was having trouble shaking a 3-star after an armored truck cuz I jacked a horrible ride... So I drove it into the ocean and chilled till no cones were on me, popped up for a quick breath, then back down below line of sight depth. hercules1975 Posted March 24, 2014 Share Posted March 24, 2014 The subway tunnel in front of the construction site on Alta St. is one of the best places to go - just drive in and go a little way down the tunnel.
