I Cant for the life of me find a Shafter. Anyone got any tips to find one I waited for Simeon and everything but i still cant find one. HELP ME PLEASE!

 

BTW its this car...

how about letting peeps know if your xbox or ps3 and your GT if you want help.

 

Without being online to help you i found mine near michaels house in rockford hills, i was in a sentinel convertable and there were loads of schafters spawning,
