How to change your characters appearance when a patch is out?

I head that every patch lets you change your characters appearance and since a new one is almost likely to come out, how can I bring up the option to do so? Do I just choose swap character and then It will let me change? And can I do it if I have more than 1 character?

I wouldn't say it happens during a patch but rather when dlc is released. When Beach Bum Pack came out, it said I could change both my characters appearance. Now why didn't it let us change recently? Don't know. And you might be right. Maybe it's in the next patch.

They have not given us another opportunity since the Beach Bum pack.
