LS Map in Lester's House

So today I happened to be replaying the mission "Friend Request" and I noticed this map of a part of Los Santos with red dots at certain locations. I was wondering do the red dots mean anything important. Also if there is a subject like this already I apologize because my search results didn't find nothing.

I think this might just be a map for Franklin's assassination missions but I am just guessing

Probably nothing. Rockstar tends to put dots on in-game maps that lead to nowhere, like this one in GTA:SA or this map of Liberty City in MP3.

This has been brought up before. No one really knows and the places have been checked out. Either a previous heist or just some of Lester's research into something.
