Like Halo, I've seen people teabag and melee the air for friendship.

 

For Gears of war i've seen people melee the air for friendship/"wallbounce" battle.

 

For Gta V? Best thing you can do is walk up to someone unequipped or doing an action. But if you're in a car, try honking your horn and face your vehicle so it doesn't seem like you're about to run them over lol

Your three shot option maybe a problem in auto aim,the auto aim will lock on to the player and you will get shottied.

They should put in a way to make people do a handshake, then their white blip gets a friendly color blip. Forming a posse for the session.

You don't have to AIM if you want to shoot in the air.... just get the camera up the heaven & press the FIRE button.
