Quick Multi Crew Questions

I've been in one crew since I started playing GTAVO. I just joined another one though, but I plan on still being a member of the other crew as it's the one I founded and has a decent membership level. The questions: How do I make my primary crew the other, second, crew that I joined? By doing so, do I forfeit the rank on my original crew (i.e. if I return to other crew as my primary crew will I start back out at level 1)? Finally, how easy is it to switch between different crews as primary/secondary crews?

1st question: Just click on "crews" and set the crew you want, as "active"

2nd question: Yes.

3rd question: It's easy, just repeat question 1.

Also, it's really easy to rank up in the crew, just do rooftop rumble a few times.
