Downloadable Content Removing Itself?

So it seems twice a day, every day, my downloadable content just disappears and I have to re-download it again. This doesn't happen in game, just when I shut off my xbox and turn it back on. This gets very annoying, can anyone verify what this is?

yes it started happening a few patches ago your not the only one

dont bother telling RS about it as it just gets ignored

That's why I came here. This has always happened to me, just no one ever complained about it so I thought "Why the f*ck not?"
