Skills decrease overtime?

Is the stats bar getting larger as you level up tho so a max lung capacity at lvl 60 will be less than full by lvl 65 etc etc.

stopped playing for 3 months
all stats still maxed

though when I started playing again I thought all my stats are zero

I just think it's bullsh*t my friend. Haven't seen my stats change at all - never ever.

They change. My lung capacity has gone down almost one full bar and stealth almost half bar now. Roughly 2 months inactive, with 3 or 4 logins inbetween.

My strength stat went down a little at one point. I only noticed because i had maxed it out.

my skill doesn't feel akward . the only possibilty is my strength proably either remain or decrease ( either natural / glitch )

They have definitely gone down for me. I have not played my second character much for a long time. It didn't have that much by way of skills. Driving and shooting were the highest. But, now all the levels are the basic.

I didn't play from the end of November till the start of February and the only skill that seemed to be able to remax was Health because the 100/100 popped up recently. Otherwise, when I returned, everything looked maxed already.

Your health doesn't decrease.

If you max them, they don't go down.

I didn't play on my first character for ages as I was levelling up my second. The only stat that decreased was the one I didn't max out.

It decreased by half a bar.
