Getting a bounty on me

I for one, like having a bounty on me. It provides nerarly instant action..and trying to stay alive is a bunch of fun. The question: Other than having another player do it, is there a sure-fire way to get the A. I. to do it? typically i just go to the south side of town and jack as many cars and run over as many thugs on the street corners as i can until it happens, but sometimes it takes FOREVER! I just didn't know if there was a certain place or certian people I could roll that would make it happen quicker. Thanks!

Like you said, just steal a bunch of cars. That is what I do. If there is a better way, I don't know it. Other than of course the obvious have a friend do it.

Stealing Cars is the only way I know for sure. One time, I shot the clerk in an ammunation and caught one, but I can't be sure if I didn't steal a car to get there beforehand. I find that blocking traffic with your car, shooting at the stopped cars behind you makes people flee their rides, and if you steal one of the vehicles that they fled from, you tend to catch a bounty more often.

I once think I got a bounty for stealing a Luxor from an NPC.

 

It might as well be bullsh*t since my brain likes to mix related memories together into a delicious cake of butthurt, when you found out you were totally wrong and shared your memory with everybody.

Im not aware of any ways to guarantee a bounty. Try and jack empty cars rather than ones with NPC's. I found they result in a bounty more often. May just be my experience though.

I usually just go into a lobby, find the highest lvl guy, and message him to pls put a Bounty on me
