I'll tour the shops around town for anyone shopping, then I take their vehicle for a joyride a couple blocks away, just far enough they can't call for it. Then, I line up two or three npc vehicles beside it and wait, once they stroll on over I'll drop a grenade beside the npc cars, boom boom boom and watch a tear roll down their face as they see the insurance bill for their car I just blew up HAAAAAAAAA

What if their PV is locked?

TBH though that pic was for s#!ts and giggles. It was a public lobby but it was fairly empty. I did not end up killing anyone with that tank at all. More just a photo op. Someone did end up shooting my cargobob up behind me. They went running when when I drove off the side of the building and landed it cleanly at the bottom.

Bounty hunters don't pay a dime if they blow up your PV. He's the only one losing money here.

I join missions for the sole purpose of running over other players or to destroy their pv's without paying insurance

Picking people's cars up with the Cargobob, makes people so made...i laugh when i do it to people, they start screaming into there mic

 

Cargobobbing a PV isnt a good troll because they can call the mechanic to deliver and you're left flying around with a worthless dupe. So many people get a kick out of dropping them in the ocean, what they don't realize is they might as well be dropping an NPC car in the water, you're destroying a dupe 95% of the time, thats why you don't pay insurance on it. If its truly an active players pv you get charged for dumping it in water, even abandoning the whole chopper over water while carrying the vehicle will cost you liablity. The only way to avoid liability is daisy chaining explosions.

 

Now a real troll lifts it out of the impound because air lifting does NOT release it from impound lock, you physically have to drive the car for it to be deliverable again. That way you can be almost certain its their active pv, (unless they called a diff car and 'destroyed' the one youre carrying, I always check the door handle for a 'this vehicle belongs to X' note so I know it's active)

 

Also there are reports destroying a PV that's impounded causes loss of insurance. Now that's douchey.

im a legit douchebag. i give them a chance at fighting back.

nothing like an army of tanks coming after you looking for revenge. there were more but they wouldnt get close enough for a group photo. i killed them with my tank, parked it around the corner, climbed up the building, got them distracted, went off radar, got back in my tank and managed to kill two of the tanks before they figured out it was me blasting them. those dudes were pissed at first but then thanked me for teaching them a new trick.

 

cargobob? how do you pull that off without getting exploded? i let some kid pick up my tank and then i shot the cargobob out of the sky. the tank survived the fall and he was pissed.

Okay, I'm ready for my "Biggest douche in GTA award"

 

1. When I see someone in the tatoo shop or clothes or haircut shop, I pour gasoline all the over their car then park some NPC cars by the door, pour gasoline on them, then lead the gas to a safe distance a away, get in my car, and as soon as they come out, I shoot the gas, lighting their car and every other car on fire, blowing them and the other cars up (incase the gas on his car doesn't work)
2. I get a cargobob, put sitcky five sticky's on the bottom, pick a car up and then fly as close to the car as possible so if he shoots me, it blows us both up or I drop them in the ocean.
3. Put sticky bomb's on a HPV and as they are just inches away from delivering that thing, detonate it, then when they spawn, kill them 5 times, drive away.
4. Find random people talking in the server, find them on the map, spawnkill them and hear them rage on the mic.
5. Find people driving in a passenger car, kill the passenger, throw the sticky bomb on the car, as they go to pick up their friend, blow it killing them both.
6. Kill someone, put a sticky bomb on their car, as they get in to drive away, blow it uo
7. Spawn kill random people
8. Block the LSC with a tank and just sit in it, then kill anyone who drives past (I'm very accurate)
9. Invite people to my apartment, do the glitch to get guns, kill them all. (Especially if they have a bounty)
10. The garage-gun glitch
11. Run someone over with my entity, and spawn kill them with just running them over
12. Place 9k bounties and send mercenaries and muggers after low levels
13. Host GTA races with stock motorcycles and shoot their tires. I also do this in free-roam
14. Fly a buzzard back and forth through the airport, killing anyone who gets in a plane, helicopter, anything.
15. Kamikaze into people. (This pisses them off alot)
16. Go into passive mode and run infront of a gun fight and run infront of someone's gun, preventing them from shooting and getting them killed
17. When someone I grief goes into passive mode, I get close to them, then kill myself and end up killing them with the bullet from the pistol.
18. Bring a tank to a gunfight, put stickys on it, blow it up, put more stickys on it, go into passive mode and get out, someones gets in the tank, I blow those stickys up and the thank goes boom.
19. Kill people on missions (Run them over)
20. Put gasoline and tear gas outside of stores, light the gas, shoot inside the store to kick them out, throw tear gas into the store, wait till the gas is close to them ,chuck a grenade in, the gas turns into flames and kills them and sets the whole store on fire.
21. Kill teamates in deathmatches
22. Send mercenaries after people in melee only deathmatches
23. Spectate and drop weapons in forced only deathmatch and make everyone think the guy who picked it up is a modder (Because he always uses it) and they kick him or report him yadada
24. Play dumb on the mic. When people are talking to me and I act dumb as hell, you'd be surprised how pissed they get.
25. (I rarley have enough time for this) make a replica of someone's PV and put it in the same spot that their real one is, put the real one on top of a building or behind a bush close by, as they get in the car, i use the ignition bomb to kill them. It's very time consuming and they need to be AFK for this to work.
26. Lift their car out of the impoud lot and put it on top of the maze bank

To be honest, there is a lot more, I just can't think of some of it right now.

You have piqued my interest. Smash windows you say? Snipe LSC customers you say? Gonna have to check this out. Any particular windows I should be looking out for? I didnt realise you could get in.

Get a tank, snipe the cargobob in Coveted, ignition bomb the HPV and tell the lobby I've got the car ready for anyone who wants it, snipe players from Tinsel Towers roof, cargobob cars out of the impound and leave them in inaccessible places, like the Fort Zancudo control tower, fail missions and survivals on purpose, wind-up stupid people on the mic.

use cargobob at impound lot or place a sticky on back of HPV as soon as somebody gets in I blow it. Also like to get on that clock tower by the tank spawn locations(its in between beach and police one)
