hello. I thought of a fantastic race for everyone to partcipate in

THE GTA V RALLY RACING TIME TRIAL

so the.concept of it is that you have to race a sultan with specs (listed below) you will have to able to verify your modifcations by recording video using your phone/pvr and drive to the rally spot all in one video, when you get to the destination wait 3 seconds before starting off and finish at the location all while recording

it must be the sultan. new car every week

you will be disqualified
