looks like the headlights are providing a bit of warmth for the tree so its doing a pretty good job

Pool took my buzzard.

It was funny and photo worthy because I had a bounty on me, jumped out of it to parachute on top of that building in front of eclipse towers (not realizing there was a crane right freaking next to it) so I could kill peoples.. did that until people climbed the crane in passive mode and then went out of passive to kill me. When I respawned I called for another chopper but they said I already had one.. looked at the map and sure enough, my buzzard went into the drink. It wouldn't let me in, but I was amazed it was still in one piece.

You should have gone part way down the ladder so passive fools would get stuck under you or, as you're sliding down the ladder you knock them off I believe...
