So I encountered my first ISO modder...

So I was in LSC respraying a car...when I leave there's a chrome Rancher XL sitting outside. I drive by it and explosions happen all around it and somehow I wasn't killed by it. It then chased me to my apartment shooting explosives at me...after I got in my garage my system locked up...I honestly don't see how people are so low that they need mods to excel...

I won't hassle you on how you have fun your fun in GTA 5 Online, so you don't hassle me about it. One thing I never did though, I never ISO modded. I would like to just for the reactions. Not to kill people with the OP weapons but their reaction of me driving a train through LS streets would be hilarious.

But watching some guy spawn walls around LSC customs, making it rain explosions while in GOD mode and freezing up consoles is not something i would consider real modding. Its just annoying.

No, we just feed off the reactions. We aren't starving for attention. I personally get attention without mods more than I do with mods. I'm looking for the reactions of others so that I can laugh at it or react to it. Not many people get mad when they see something out of the ordinary due to ISO mods unless it freezes their console and I have never frozen anyone. They'll be more in the "wtf, holy sh*t" stage rather than that pissed off stage. What makes me think you want to see it? I don't know if you want to see it or not. I'm driving around for your reaction. If your reaction is you don't want to see it, I'm not going to be in that same area every time. It's your choice if you want to go the same direction I am, or go a different direction. Going the same way I am obviously means you want to see it low key.

At the expense of other people's fun. Depending on how they view the actions taken against them they could either laugh it off or get upset because it affected their experience towards GTA Online as a whole and viewing the big picture as corrupted. Whether you agree or not, care or could care less, it is what it is and modders have no right to an opinion as to the reactions they get when cheating in an online game. As prejudice as that sounds if I was a an ISO modder or hacker or whatever they're classified as, if I was doing what they were doing, getting mad and screwing up someone else's game further for them reacting to me in a negative way when I hinder their game experience is pure scumbaggery.

 

Now nothing towards you personally but usually when I show disinterest or even prejudice towards what a modder is doing they tend to make me a target for not fearing and praising them. They have a God complex and there's no getting around it.
