(destroyed) cars un-replaceable

This happen to anyone else? First my sultans and feltzer, then my friend's oracle playing on his system and now recently my new Jester. Its a bit annoying having to replace these vehicles, and im just wondering if there is some rationale behind why it happens that I'm missing or if its just a glitch.

Glitch, that's been happening for absolutely ages. Which R* has said they've patched, on more than one occasion, but never actually had.

It's happened with me as well. Apparently the insurance on the car gets taken off without reason. Did the same thing with my Z-Type but it never got destroyed. I went to go buy back the insurance on it. The cost for insurance on a Z-Type is $112,817...Decided to just delete it from my garage since

i couldn't sell it.
