I feel that it should be a min of 2K and amoured Trucks a little boost.

 

Races can give you heaps, but in freemode there is not really many ways to a half good pay.

 

P.S do you think car customization costs to much?

All the things you said are balanced. Robbing stores gives the right amount of cash, and car mods should be expensive.

you shouldnt be robbing stores with crews . and i think the money from there is fine . if anything you should be able to rob from the safe thats in the back of those stores

That's because robbing stores is for one, maybe two people. If you have 3 people with you do a real job. You will be rolling in cheddar. Crystal Clear out 3 is super quick and easy if you have a buzzard through the pegasus service.

I personally have no complaints about payouts since the system update. The update before tho, that cut pay pissed me off payouts were way to low for a majority of the time I earned all my stuff, sucks it took them so long to figure things out. Payouts were fine when the game dropped in october.

Ignore all the haters. I lead a crew, and we still rob stores. Just like in story mode the LTD gas station stores carry 50% more cash then the Robs liquor or the 24/7 super market.

 

Since you have 3 of you doing the robberies, you should all head to an area where the stores cluster together, each you hit your own store, then meet up in the middle and escape in 1 car. You can split the profits 3 ways, and each of you should have earned decent money.

 

Just food for thought, It's fun either way.

No it's not balanced. If stores were a little harder to rob and they paid more money, they could be like mini heists. Robbing stores is almost useless. Armored Trucks give a good payout. If people actually dropped all their cash and stores gave out more FR would be even better. Free roam just needs more competitive activities.

robbing stores is pretty nice for beginners because I can imagine not everyone likes doing Gerald's missions

it helps them enough, it's not too much and yet very useful.

 

For the higher level players, it's just about fun anyway, they have good missions to farm money from.

Key is to not give a f*ck about the cops, you can hit 3-4 stores without having to lose your wanted level in between. Probly kill the last guy & rob the store yourself

I tend to kill every guy at the stores i rob since sometimes they start shooting at you after you rob them

generally i dont rob stores for money, more for giggles and doing it wiht a friend undoubtly ends with one of us in the store, other other churning a burnout at the door waiting for a quick and smooth getaway.... the challenge is more about getting a clean escape and ridding yourself of the wanted stars as quickly as possible....

 

GTA isnt just about money and RP, its about fun... earning 500$ with your buddy and having a mini shootout with the LSPD can indeed be more fun than earning 18,.5k from rooftop rumble on your own...

 

i guess it comes down to why you play, if your playing for status, kudos and a large bank account of fake money (ive heard it reeeealy impresses the ladies) then yes robbing stores is rubbish,,,, if your playing for fun even just messing about in freeroam for an hour or two, not earning any money or RP, can be fun and enjoyable...

 

if you dont enjoy something youve got two options, do something else, or change your perspective.

That makes very little sense because the buzzard has free ammo saving you in munitions. Thousands>200 if you want to save and make the most money doing the mission CCO3 use the buzzard. (if you have it) [it takes ave. 1:31 sec. to do it in the chopper. 200 - 10,500 = 10,300 every 5mins ~ it takes 6-9 mins to do it with out. whatever ammo used - 10,500 = at best maybe 10,300 every 9 mins.] Do 30 mins farming both ways both ways compare results, then tell me again that you save money by NOT calling in the buzzard.

Stores are bad payouts but realistic, I mean you don't need a 3 or 4 man crew to rob a corner shop either in game or real life, armoured trucks on the other hand are terrible payouts, just in 1 case of cash thats carried to an armoured truck there is up to $100,000 and i bet there's a lot more than 1 case in there, but it does need to be balanced and they are easy to rob.

If you can normally get up to $2,500's from robbing a store (thats pretty much at most, I have seen higher but not every day) then it stands to reason why the armored trucks payout $4,500 - $14,000. In real world an armored truck has routes, they pickup cash in cash bags and deliver them to the banks. You can't imagine that 1 armored truck would pickup from all 20 stores on the map and carry $100,000. That's totally unrealistic. Especially since there are banks all over the map.

The amount you get from the convieniance stores seems fair to me as do armoured trucks, if you hit one for around about the $10k mark.

 

I agree car customization costs too much, certainly compared to the same in story mode. Off the top of my head, chrome costs $25k regardless of the vehicle. At the very least, the paint job cost should reflect the size/amount of paint used. I mean, if you chrome a Faggio, and make it a Swagio, you're being ripped off, but if you chrome a Titan you get a bargin (before anyone says anything, I'm not going to chrome anything - it's just the only colour scheme cost I can remember).

 

Instead of splitting the cash from each store, either hit stores when you roll solo or if there are 4 of you, take turns in getting the cash. Hit 4 stores together and each person will get an ok amount of cash..

You really can't make a living robbing convenient stores. If they boost the amount of money from robbing stores, playes could just rob stores and not do the missions (lower levels) .

 

Car customization is kinda expensive but I don't mind. If it were to be cheaper, everyone would have too much money in their pockets.

 

But yea, in free roam there aren't as many ways to make money. Wish there could be those random events like in single player but on a bigger scale in online. Maybe someone could text you or something and you could accept, then you could go in a mission lobby screen.

one easy way they could let you make more money from robberies is by letting you bust that safe thats in the back of the stores
