A trick I learned to have Matte Paint with Pearlescent

It works on any paint including metals and chrome but it doesn't show up very well on chrome.

 

Not great pics as they weren't meant to show off a paint job but an interesting lag crash. The color combo is brushed dark steel with torino red pearl.

i'm not sure where the cop car thing stands, it's harmless but R* probably figured being able to steal and store a police unit would be weird, seeing as they're always the ones chasing you

 

would be cool to put sirens and strobe lights on cars, but it prolly wont happen

 

i can see the SP cars, and these paint glitches becoming legit in the future though

My entire garage is black matte with yellow pearl. Makes the cars look golden.

 

Some of the black matte with other pearl colors really don't work at all though - they'll look FREAKING AMAZING when you are doing them in LSC, then you go outside in the sunlight and it looks terrible.

Go on rockstar social club and sign in. Go to Snapmatic.

Choose My photos. When you are looking at the picture right click and copy the image location.

Then on here you click the image button and paste the image location there.

Yes.

 

Plus with the save editor you can pearlescent pretty much anything. Try matte black with fluorescent blue (which is a rim color) looks epic

I think OP way is 100 times faster than using the save editor.

I'm sure I'm about to get flak for this but you can do the same thing using chrome and your crew color. When you go through a tunnel it changes it paint job entirely it looks like a dirty matte and if it hits a light source it changes colors from chrome to a darker crew color.
