I had the 10 car garage apartment at majestics based on the "best view" but I hated the location and really all the 10 car apartments. I found a 6 car place down by the beach in a boat harbor.

 

Sure the inside is smaller an the garage is also but the location looks better if only they didn't stick the big places in sh*tty locations. The down by the bay place would have been an awesome 10 car apartment.

 

Also apartments up on the north coast? What's the point of garages in Blaine period as 80% of our time is in the city.

There's a 10 car garage right by the beach and airport and the LSC is less than 2 blocks away.

 

When i was a low level i loved my garage in Blaines County it kept me from being picked on and it was right across from the airport so if i wanted to go into the city it was a 20 second drive to the airport.

 

If there were apartments in Blaines County you can be assured that people would be living there myself included.

 

I live in the Del Perro apartments and i love it there i have been there since November and i have YET to be killed going in or out.

 

I don't know what it is but the people who live there are a calm bunch you can drive pass em and they won't shoot you on site and derps aren't camped out waiting for some innocent soul to drive out of there garage only to be killed

To get away from the sh*tfest that happens in the city. Blaine county is very peaceful, I spend most of the time there in FM so having owned properties in that area would be good

Most people like Blaine County and I created a thread a long time ago asking people preferences on where they would like to live -- needless to say, a large percentage would like to live in Blaine County. (Especially Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores)

 

However OP, I too am frustrated that all of the 10-car garage apartments are in North Los Santos. Would've been nice to have some variety.

I would buy a place at paleto bay. Up on the hill looking at the water or down on the beach. None of the locations have views of the water except majestic barely. The others have city views but that's not every ones taste. My new 6 car apartment on the boat bay would have an awesome beach view but sadly the 6 car apartments have no views for some reason..

I would love to have a 6 car garage/ apartment in blaine county near trevors airfield and a luxury apartment/condo or mansion in downtown LS. that would be idea imo.

 

they should also add an airport to paleto bay besides the beach
