The bad part is that it doesn't fit in with San Andreas - Due to the fact that the rigged peds/characters don't/can't (to my knowledge) have normal and specular maps - it looks bad, it looks plain - a prime example being Franklin, due to not having any normal nor specular maps; everything on him looks like a single colour, which as stated - looks bad. Plus due to such high poly/high quality models/textures in such an old engine/game makes it look out of place, also pixelated. So as said, it's good in one aspect; it's rigged well, but bad - not because of you, but because of the game and peds themselves.
