Your help on the health bar meter

How do you know if its maxed out? Because every once in a while it will do the:

20/100

40/100

60/100

80/100

but never 100/100 and its been doing this since a few weeks after I started the game back in dec. Also what will make it max out?

when I leveled up the last time, mine went from 100/100 to 80/100, 60/100, 40/100 and 20/100

I'm 104 and I never saw anything of 100/100. But I'm pretty sure we're both at 100/100.

yes rank 100 is max health. the bars glitch every so often when you level up. I got the 6 health upgrade notifications all at once when I level to 156 last night. and get them all the time
