For the FIRST TIME ever last week I was chased by a police bike. 6 months and 10 or 11 patches later and not a thing has been done to improve the police spawn and wanted system. Hell, in GTA IV, me, an average Joe with basic knowledge of computers could go into the game files and change up the police spawn for cars, officers, ect. It has beautiful LED lights, looks awesome. Same as the old school crown vic with the rotator light bar. Its a shame. Those two vehicles are a lot better looking than that ugly Taurus. Especially on how the new cruiser should be rare. But there should be a civilian version of the 2nd generation stanier, so that the unmarked cruiser doesn't look like an obvious police car. OP is talking about the police vehicles, and how he/she wants the police vehicle spawn to be more varied, instead of only Taurus police cruisers spawning 93% of the time. We do have patrols throughout LS, but unlike the LCPD, most of our officers prefer to hide in the shadows... There are also a lot of police cars patrolling the streets on my game. Officers are more common in the downtown area, and we have officers in the ghetto throughout the day. At night, we have a helicopter, 30 cars, and around 30 on foot officers there. As for Richman, we have patrols there as well, but since the crime rate is lower than the ghetto, there are fewer patrols (but we still have patrols there). The Vapid Stanier (both 2nd and 3rd generations) also spawn there. You can also get the SWAT van from the police station near little Seoul (Online, I'm not sure about SP). killahmatic Posted March 12, 2014 Share Posted March 12, 2014 (edited) They aren't trying to improve it because its purposely meant to be a rare variant. You can see them quite a few nights in a particular area of town but off the top of my head I can't tell you where, probably around that train station where it can appear along with the unmarked car, bike, and van. Police bikes are very common on the freeway around Grapeseed and north, among other areas, and if you do something wrong near them, they'll give chase. I've even seen them chase peds. mariana_dm1989 Posted March 13, 2014 Share Posted March 13, 2014 It's pretty messed up. The police have a messed ups pawning rate. So many just pop out of nowhere when you are having shootouts. They should make reinforcement arrivals more realistic like RDR, instead of having retard cops reinforce every 10 seconds. It really takes away from enjoyment.
