Both Characters set back to lvl 1 ?

Hey guys ..

 

I have two characters one is level 139 the other is level 40 , when I try to go online it brings me to the "Select Character" screen, my characters photo is gray and my level is normal , but when I select either of my character it then brings me to the "Character Creation " screen making me update or create my character again .

When i hit O to go back it erases my character and makes it the new one (ie- a girl or somthing , Not my own character )

 

Does anyone know what is going on ..

 

I don't think my characters would have been deleted. Cause they are still there but
I can't load them ..

 

any insight on this ..

Thanks.. but I have gotten no cloud sever errors or messages , and I was able to go online yesterday fine ..

Hello, punishthem420! Please submit a request to Rockstar and they will reset your rank back to normal.

As for lann3fors, do not create a temp character. The cloud errors should be fixed, for it to apply to you please restart your console.

Next time please refer to the GTA Online status.

but not when I log in... and I'm missing 200K and God knows what else..

 

I also get no error message or warning - but was asked to go through the character builder again... I haven't finished the online tutorial, however...

 

I have also submitted a request but my last ticket went a month before a reply so... I'm not holding my breath on that one.

I honestly can't wait to go to rockstar and submit a ticket and wait for a reply .

 

i alerady re-started my level 40 character . now i'm level 6. Sucks so much ..

Did you ever get this resolved? It happened to me as well and I have not heard anything back on the ticket I submitted.

If you cheated they reset you. Happened to a friend of mine.
