The quickest race with good rp is Lost and Found 2,8k in 1minute 35 with loading about two minutes a race.

Since the Business event ended it's not actually worth doing, since it's cash and RP outputs are half what they were.

 

Better off farming RR if you need RP. That's 4500 a pop.
