so heres how this works. you lower levels with cash but dont have weapons unlocked will need to build a car without tracker for me to sell as payment for me dropping you higher level weapons. of course prices vary according to what u want and how much ammo.

How are low levels going to be able to upgrade a car to be worth anything significant?

Don't do it low levellers, it's a con by the OP to get free cars.

 

As soons as you change session you'll loose any weapons you hold that you have not unlocked.

They discussed it a lot there, it works. Just make sure you buy a new Rebel every time and never touch it. Do it with an Adder, you get around $700k per sale, much more than any low levelcould have given you to lease a gun.
