How do I get certain things to spawn?

- looking for a Maibatsu Penumbra for franklin. Gonna supe it up and try it out and street race ( also, it's the closest R* has to a Nissan 370z ( one of my favorite cars) in the game).

 

 

- trying to spawn that random golf guy cheating on his wife for Trevor, gonna take him to the Altruist Cult ( I don't like unfaithful/ cheaters).

I think it's like 3587 Didion where that random event happens. I"m not sure though, a little bit west from Franklin's hills house, could be wrong though.

 

To get a Penumbra, you could try the street race and steal one after, not sure if it matters which race or if you can actually do that though.

You can find the penumbra in from of the Grove St. garage, or at the motel in Rancho.
