How does it work? Are magicians spawning vehicles in their garage without wheels so they have to apply them and need to know what the stock wheels are?

 

No they are not, but we all appreciate your kind attempt at humor. The bottom line from the earlier posts is that there is a form that people are "supposed" to complete if they are requesting a vehicle. That was not done. I'm not saying that you will not get the vehicle you want if you don't use the requested format, but I can tell you that you have a better chance of getting your vehicle completed by someone on here, especially the magicians, if you use the correct format.

If it is the colour he's after first and foremost, couldn't he just get himself the car off the website and then Charles+Ifruit that particular colour? I believe Charles allows for hex colours...

Indeed it does, but you don't even have to go that far. A simple hex edit on the crew color selector on SC can allow him to get the color he wants. I was just offering mine as it is already fully modified as well.

Using the crew colours doesn't seem to work, it looks completely different in-game to what's shown on SC.

If you have the exact value (as you do), it will be the same color as if a magician/sp2mp does it

I believe the issue lies in if the car is being overwrote from another request in the magicians garage and it takes whatever options were set on that car it's replacing, therefore negating the stock options. Never really paid enough attention to it to really care. No one really asks for stock options anyway. Meh.

Right GO TO THE SP/MP thread that is linked in the first post for anymore sp/mp questions. If you don't like the request form on the first page, then don't use it and see how far you get. baby blue was correct about the stock tires, when we spawn a car it takes the place of the car that was in that spot so will have whatever mods etc was on that car. And if you think we will waste our time to find out what the stock tires are on the car you can keep dreaming.

 

Mollipop is a top bloke, he has not once pm'd me about a car even though he knows he can anytime. Not unlike the one dissing him and yes take your probs to pm and to clear things up I sometimes ad a friend and you know what they sometimes need to sign in and out for them to show up.

Isnt that enough to know that he wants turbo, armor, bulletproof tires etc? Im really sure everyone has money to buy the rims they want...

While the Zen may be an exception as it has no plates to modify, it is still a car with customization options that would need to be changed. This issue is especially true for cars with 'stock' upgrades that can only be modified with a program, such as the Stratum. Replacing a car without going through and changing the values can lead to combinations people may not want.

 

Really, it takes a moment to fill out a complete form and saves everyone elses' time and hassle. There is a reason it exists, on first page too.

Yeah, I understand what the guy wants but there is a form for a reason. From the posts that followed it the color combo listed was not accurate or not what he had intended to get.

 

I can tell you from conversations I've had with some of the magicians in GTA sessions, and from their posts in this thread, that some will ignore a request that is posted in the way that guy put his request in. So give it a try and see how it goes. I wasn't posting for my own good I was trying to be helpful so that the guy could get his car faster. Oh well, it is what it is.

I don't understand why it is so hard for people to understand. The magicians are making us cars that cost in game money (most times with upgrades and everything upwards of $1,000,000)...they are completely FREE to us from them. They have to use their time and magic consoles that cost them actual real money. All that they ask is that you work a little for it and research everything on your own before putting in a request. That means, learn the method to put it in your garage, find the exact color combo, find the body style codes for what you want, on your own, BEFORE you even put in the request. They ask this of you so when they open shop they can knock out as many cars as possible for people wanting them. You all should be thankful you are getting FREE stuff and stop acting so entitled...REAL talk.

Man that's what I've been trying to say in here for the past few hours. I politely tried to give some helpful advice but some people just didn't want to listen, so ultimately they did not get the vehicle they wanted. Oh well, as the old saying goes, "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink".
